2️⃣ Products and Pricing

• Product descriptions: We strive to be accurate, but we do not warrant that product descriptions are 100% error-free.
• Pricing: All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice.
• Availability: Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
• Bulk discounts: Special package prices are clearly marked and valid while supplies last.

3️⃣ Orders and Payment

• Order acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including pricing errors or suspected fraud).
• Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and EU bank transfers. Payment must be received before we process your order.
• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This does not guarantee acceptance until we verify payment.
• Currency conversion: Your bank may charge additional conversion fees – these are your responsibility.

4️⃣ Delivery to Afghanistan

• Delivery areas: We deliver to major cities and provinces in Afghanistan. For remote areas, please contact us before ordering.
• Delivery times: Estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Factors like weather, security, and local conditions may cause delays.
• Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If an order is delivered to a wrong address due to your error, we are not liable.
• Failed delivery: If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability or refusal, the order may be returned. Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs.
• Photo proof: We provide photo confirmation upon delivery as proof of service.

5️⃣ Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation window: You may cancel within 2 hours of ordering for a full refund.
• After packing: Once packed (within 24 hours), cancellation may incur a €5 handling fee.
• After shipping: Cannot cancel; please see our Return Policy for damaged/incorrect items.
• Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• We reserve the right to disable accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.
