5️⃣ Shipping Process – Step by Step
- ✅ Order confirmed – You receive an email confirmation with order details.
- 📦 Packed in Kabul – Within 24 hours, our local team packs your order carefully.
- 📸 Photo before shipping – We take a photo of the packed box (available on request).
- 🚚 Handover to courier – A trusted local delivery partner takes over.
- 📍 On the way – Real-time tracking available for Kabul deliveries.
- 🏠 Delivered to family – Delivery confirmation with photo sent to you.
6️⃣ Order Tracking
- For Kabul: Real-time tracking available. You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
- For other provinces: We provide regular updates via WhatsApp or SMS. You will receive a photo confirmation upon delivery.
- Need help? Contact us anytime with your order number.
7️⃣ Important Notes
- 📍 Address accuracy: Please ensure your family's address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for deliveries to wrong addresses provided by you.
- 📞 Family contact: Make sure your family is available to receive the package. If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, the order may be returned and refunded minus shipping costs.
- 🌍 Local conditions: In rare cases, delivery delays due to weather, security, or local circumstances are beyond our control. We will keep you informed.
- 📸 Photo proof: We always take a photo when your family receives the package as proof of delivery.
- 🚚 Combined orders: Orders cannot be combined once placed. Please place separate orders for different addresses.
8️⃣ Missing or Damaged Packages
- If package doesn't arrive: Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and provide updates.
- If package arrives damaged: Take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- If items are missing: Check the package contents against your order confirmation. Report any discrepancies within 48 hours.
9️⃣ International Shipping
- From Europe: All orders are processed from our European office in Vienna, Austria.
- To Afghanistan: Packages are shipped via trusted couriers with experience in Afghan delivery.
- Customs: There are no additional customs fees for food items sent to Afghanistan.
